55th REUNION WEEKEND
FEBRUARY 8 – 9, 2019
Hello fellow Pirates!
It’s time to get together for another Reunion! Because so many classmates live in Florida for at least part of the year, it has been decided to hold our Reunion in Cocoa Beach. We hope that this will make it easier for even more to attend than were able to make it in 2014.
The Class of ’64 would like to invite classes ’63, ’65 ’66 to join us at our upcoming 55th reunion. Please see the details below.

• Friday, February 8, 2019 @ 7PM @ JT Sports Bar (La Quinta Hotel) – Appetizers and Cash Bar
• Saturday, February 9, 2019 @ 7PM @ Coconuts on the Beach – Appetizers, Buffet Dinner and Cash Bar
Coconuts on the Beach 2 Minuteman Causeway Cocoa Beach, FL
The cost for both events is $75.00 per person. Hotel reservations at La Quinta: $125 (2 doubles) and $110 (king) + 12% tax and $4.22 daily resort fee, includes breakfast. 1275 N. Atlantic Ave. Cocoa Beach, FL 32931 915-888-2401

There will be a Meet and Greet on Friday at the hotel lounge with wings and things. On Saturday the banquet at Coconuts on the Beach with hors d’oeuvres will start at 6PM with Hawaiian banquet to follow. The banquet manager tells me that there will be a band. This venue is the home to the original seven astronauts. It is also close to the Space Center, 2 miles to golf course and near the casino cruise line which has daily cruises. Even if you don’t gamble, they have a buffet and entertainment on board.
Now the important part: the cost is only $75 for both events. Addie Howe Szabo is collecting the checks.
